September 21, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — UNITED STATES — September 21, 2026 — Family First Mutual today announced the launch of Exclusive Relief, a new process that helps families dispute unsecured debt by using rights established under the federal Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure Act of 2009, commonly known as the CARD Act.
The CARD Act requires creditors to maintain accurate, verifiable records on consumer accounts. Exclusive Relief applies that requirement directly: the process formally disputes accounts with original creditors and collection agencies, and where a creditor cannot produce accurate documentation, seeks to have the balance waived, corrected, or removed. Family First Mutual also files formal notices instructing creditors to stop contacting clients directly and pursues removal of disputed accounts and late payments, known as tradelines, from credit reports.
The company is careful to distinguish Exclusive Relief from other approaches to debt. It is not debt settlement, consumer credit counseling, debt consolidation, or credit repair. Family First Mutual is not a lender, a debt collection agency, or a credit repair organization.
Exclusive Relief is available to families carrying credit card balances, medical bills, department store accounts, payday loans, timeshare debt, IRS tax debt, and other consumer lines of credit. Solar loans and student loans are not eligible. Families who want a lending option instead of, or alongside, dispute services can also access Family First Mutual’s personal loan marketplace.
Every Exclusive Relief engagement begins with a free, no-obligation financial consultation, during which a representative reviews a family’s debt and explains whether the process applies to their accounts.
