Boca Raton jet card company pairs AI-powered operations with a new member app, fixed base rates and no long-term contracts
FL, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Most private aviation companies chase growth by expanding beyond their home turf. Bitlux is doing the opposite, doubling down on South Florida as the market it was built to serve, even as its members fly to destinations worldwide.
“South Florida is one of the best developing areas in the country,” said founder and CEO Kyle Patel. “Not only is it home to myself and my family, there’s a lot of innovation here.”
The Boca Raton-based private jet card company said the renewed local focus comes backed by faster technology and a rebuilt membership model, though the philosophy behind it has not changed.
Bitlux also holds ARGUS Gold certification, a safety rating held by only seven U.S.-based companies, according to ARGUS International’s broker registry.
“The ideology is the same, the mechanics have changed, the product is better and continues to get better,” Patel said. “The rebranding exposed the ideology we’ve always had: technology-first, safety-first, with an experienced team backing that technology and safety through automated means.”
Bitlux is also developing a new member platform, a booking and flight-management app that will bring together member preferences, passenger information and day-of-travel details in one place. The company is targeting a launch for jet card members later in 2026, with additional details to follow closer to release.
“Over the last year, we have been transitioning the business into a membership model,” Patel said. “We think that supports what our customer base has been consistently asking for over the last eight years.”
Membership is built around fixed base hourly rates, with fees capped and not always assessed. Those fees are never baked into every leg or trip the way many competitors structure their pricing, according to the company.
Bitlux is designed first and foremost to stand on its own: a flexible primary option for flyers who are not ready for a long-term ownership commitment, with no long-term contracts and no monthly fees. From there, the card also works alongside fractional ownership and full aircraft ownership, rather than competing with either. For fractional owners, it functions as supplemental lift, covering flying once a program’s allotted hours are used, or reaching destinations outside a fractional fleet’s home footprint. For owners of a whole aircraft, it serves the same backup role during scheduled maintenance or unexpected downtime, or to cover overflow trips when the owned aircraft is already committed elsewhere.
“I think we have a superior jet card,” Patel said. “People who prefer not to have long-term commitments like the flexibility it offers, the cabin options, the international reach. It’s also there for fractional owners supplementing hours they’re locked out of after using theirs, or aircraft owners when their plane is down for maintenance.”
“We don’t rope you into multi-year contracts, no monthly fees. Just fixed base rates, and we don’t bake fees into every single leg the way our competitors do,” Patel said. “It’s as simple as we can possibly make it for people who have rather complex lives. The last thing they need is to analyze a 50-page contract for a 5-year term.”
Bitlux’s typical customer skews younger than the private aviation industry’s historical base, with members averaging between 28 and 55 years old and the majority active entrepreneurs, according to the company.
“We have a much younger demographic that our brand resonates with, fairly by design,” Patel said. “The vast majority are active entrepreneurs. They have a hardcore drive. They wake up with missions every single morning. If we’re lucky, we get to be part of that mission.”
Bitlux is based in Boca Raton, a hub the company says offers advantages other South Florida airports cannot match.
“Boca happens to be one of the better airports to fly in and out of, international or domestic,” Patel said. “It’s centralized to pretty much everything in South Florida. Great services, great facility, well-trained staff, and very few limits on what can be done.”
The local focus comes with a standing resident program. South Florida residents, across Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, plus the Treasure Coast and Naples, receive additional base hours on any membership program at joining, along with a renewal advantage for members who join during 2026. Qualification requires a South Florida primary address and valid Florida ID; seasonal residents are eligible. Full terms are available through the company’s operations desk.
The rebrand also reflects Bitlux’s growing use of proprietary technology and AI across its operations, including in how it communicates with the press.
“Bitlux has always had highly trained, highly skilled professionals in every spot on the board,” Patel said. “Now they have force multipliers through our own proprietary technology and our own AI. The new brand better encapsulates what it is to be part of Bitlux, and to have Bitlux be part of your life as you scale and need more efficiency to spend time where it matters most.”
