The technology is designed to identify discrepancies that may lead to missed reimbursement, unsupported coding or unnecessary administrative burden. Mosai’s OASIS-certified clinicians then validate these AI-identified findings against supporting documentation, helping agencies resolve issues with greater accuracy and confidence.

In early testing and customer use, Mosai identified at least one additional discrepancy in 68% of previously reviewed OASIS assessments, highlighting the opportunity for agencies to uncover issues that traditional review processes may miss.

Recognizing that every agency has different operational needs, OASIS Intelligence offers multiple engagement models. Agencies can enhance their existing quality assurance processes through Supplemental Review or leverage Mosai’s clinical experts to manage the review and discrepancy resolution process through Managed Review. Optional Managed Coding services provide additional support for agencies seeking a more integrated approach. Each model is designed to fit within existing workflows without requiring additional software or logins.
